well-known layers of potatoes, corn and ground beef.

Spaghetti Sauce        
Tomato sauce loaded with meat, mushrooms & onions. Throw on some noodles and you’

Buttermilk Biscuits
Flaky and fabulous! These light flaky biscuits are a terrific side to chili, or soup! They can
be served at breakfast with peanut butter, honey or jam. At lunch they make super snack
sized sandwiches when filled with roast beef, turkey or ham. Serve them at dinner as a
lighter, tastier alternative to bread. Can be made with whole wheat, or herbs and garlic,
and cheese as well!

Looking for something a little different? This dish can be made with beef, lamb, goat, just

Meatballs
Whether you add them to a sauce, eat them with potatoes, rice, or tossed into a vegetable
stir-fry; as ground beef, or ground pork for a little difference, they are sure to become a
family favorite!

Macaroni and Cheese
Not from a box! This casserole type dish is loaded with fresh veggies! The classic kid-
friendly food everyone can feel good about!

Carrot Soup
Not just any old carrot soup! This version contains mushrooms, garlic and much more, for
a very full flavor!

Chicken Pesto
Chunks of chicken tossed with your favorite vegetables and seasoned with a delicious
pesto. Serve with rice, noodles or potatoes; very versatile!

Chicken Cordon Bleu
Lightly breaded chicken breasts stuffed with Swiss cheese, ham, and fresh basil. A
mouthful of flavor!

Spanish Rice with Chicken
Rice, chicken, vegetables, and olives cooked in tomato sauce and seasoned with smoky
paprika and garlic. Try topping it with a dollop of sour cream.
